UFOLLOWIT™ ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONSAustin, Texas, USA, Febuary 20, 2009 uFollowit™ announced this month a new partnership with Integrated Communications, NASTC’s Sprint mobile phone partner, to provide freight tracking services to NASTC members. “This relationship started at the NASTC conference last fall”, says uFollowit™’s Vice President of Sales, Danny Dever. “We met with Chris Saunders at the show and it was a natural fit. uFollowit™ provides tracking services and Integrated Communications sells mobile phones. And since Integrated Communications is already partnered with NASTC, this relationship makes it an even sweeter deal for NASTC members”. According to Mr. Dever, this new partnership helps NASTC members provide low cost, efficient freight tracking services to their customers: “Using only a mobile phone, small trucking fleets can now compete head-to-head with the large carriers”. “Buy a phone from Chris or use the ones you have – uFollowit™ works with any Sprint phone. Sign up for uFollowit™’s service and you’re tracking your freight…it’s that easy” says Danny. uFollowit™ can also integrate with your TMS software, making your dispatcher’s job easier. “We’re already integrated with Aljex and more TMS integrations are coming soon”, says Mr. Dever.

UFOLLOWIT™ ANNOUNCES INTEGRATION WITH ALJEX SOFTWARE, INC.Austin, Texas, USA, Febuary 2nd, 2008 uFollowit™, a Freight Tracking and Proof of Delivery Service for the transportation industry, announced today that it has successfully integrated their services with Aljex Software. “With a broad range of customers, including FedEx, Trinity Transport, Dart-Advantage, Aljex is a great choice for integration.” says Danny Dever, uFollowit’s Vice President of Sales. “We have been looking for high quality TMS providers to partner with, and Tom Heine’s company [Aljex] is an excellent solution. uFollowit™ electronically sends freight location and status information to the Aljex software as each event occurs. Located in Middlesex, New Jersey, Aljex Software serves the transportation industry though their web-based dispatching and Transportation Management System (TMS) software. UFOLLOWIT™ ANNOUNCES ASSET TRACKING CAPABILITYFind and Track Critical Assets Using Your Mobile PhonesAustin, Texas, USA, November 11th, 2008 uFollowit™, an innovative new freight tracking and proof of delivery service, announced today that customers can very soon track critical assets and resources with the use of mobile phones. “This transforms the way we communicate and businesses can get tomorrow’s technology today.” says uFollowit™’s Vice President of Sales, Danny Dever. uFollowit™’s new capability allows pre programmed mobile phones to provide location pings at user defined intervals using both GPS and Cell Tower Triangulation. “The service works with both technologies”, says Dever. “Our customers can identify the location of the asset within a town or zip code, and works best in open, rural areas where most OTR (Over the Road) traffic occurs”. The ability to identify the freight location without driver distraction improves highway safety because the driver is not taking calls asking “where’s my freight?” This also helps drivers comply with state laws restricting mobile phone use while driving. Six states now have a ban their handheld use while driving: California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Utah and Washington State - plus the District of Columbia, with more likely to follow soon. Mr. Dever noted that the technology is deployed and “several uFollowit™ customers are testing the service now as a resource for tracking Hot Shot and expedited loads. The feedback has been very good and we will expand the phone model capability once testing is complete”. While the application was designed for the transportation industry, uFollowit™ has received calls from organizations outside of transportation in hopes of tracking other critical resources. Dever shared that “an emergency services organization is testing the service and we’re excited about the possibilities of being a resource in that area, also”. With the new capabilities, managers, team leaders, and supervisors can track nearly anything carrying the phone, including resources, freight, field service workers, and equipment. Of increasing importance within the supply chain process is the need to know freight location and ETA. Mr. Dever stated that “it became clear to us at the Great West Truck Show earlier this year when a show attendee and trucking company owner stated that ‘the customer has a right to know where is freight is’”. The uFollowit™ development team immediately began working on a solution to meet the need. “We listened to what our customers and the industry as a whole wanted”, says Dever. Businesses are expanding their Six Sigma and quality efforts throughout the supply chain process, including 3PL and 4PL, or Third Party and Fourth Party Logistics providers. Art Mesher, 2008 CSCMP Distinguished Service Award winner, further emphasized this need in his award acceptance speech as part of modern supply chain disciplines he labels “the third triad - Visibility, Variability, and Velocity…” Logistics becomes an important piece for improvement and uFollowit™ helps to increase freight visibility for the shipper, broker, carrier, and consignee. With this new service, uFollowit™ customers will have greater visibility to all of their important assets.

UFOLLOWIT™ TO EXHIBIT AT NASTC ANNUAL CONFERENCEAustin, Texas, USA, October 10th, 2008 uFollowit™, a freight tracking and proof of delivery service for the transportation industry, will demonstrate its freight tracking technology at this year’s National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) Conference. This year’s conference theme is “Over the Road to Success” and will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, November 13-15, 2008. “As new members, we are looking forward to being an active participant in NASTC, working collaboratively with carriers to improve the freight industry”, said Danny Dever, uFollowit™’s Vice President of Sales. uFollowit™ is an easy to use freight tracking and proof of delivery service that uses mobile phones. Using only a mobile phone, a freight driver calls the uFollowit™ service to update the load status whenever appropriate. Driver calls can occur during freight pickup, in route (driver check calls, for instance), and at the dock when the freight is delivered. If the driver encounters bad weather, traffic delays, or mechanical issues, he can also record an exception to let the consignee know that delivery may be delayed. Every driver already has a mobile phone, making uFollowit™ cost effective. There’s no expensive equipment to buy or maintain – you’re already equipped to start using the service today, using the phones you now have in your trucks. Additionally, uFollowit™ works with any cell phone service provider, creating a no-hassle way to start tracking freight the easy way. Once the driver’s calls are completed the freight information is instantly available to the consignor, consignee, broker, and the shipping company. Now every trucking company, big or small, specialized or dedicated, FTL or LTL, can offer load tracking services to their customers. Once you are set up and using uFollowit™, your customers will visit your website to see where their freight is, further enhancing your value to the customer.

UFOLLOWIT™ANNOUNCES SMS TEXTING CAPABILITY FOR LOAD TRACKINGAustin, Texas, USA, October 1st, 2008 Send Critical Information to Freight Drivers to Increase Safety uFollowit™, an innovative new load tracking and proof of delivery service, announced today that customers can now send mission-critical freight information directly to the driver cell phone via SMS. SMS, or Short Message System, is a mobile phone communications protocol. Also known as “text messaging”, SMS allows freight carriers and brokers to send information directly from the uFollowit™ administrator console to the driver. “The benefit of this new capability is important to businesses in the motor freight industry”, says uFollowit™’s Vice President of Sales, Danny Dever. “Heavy truck drivers can now receive freight information without having to pick up the phone, answer a call, take notes, or otherwise perform unsafe activities while driving. Because of this service addition, drivers can receive information about load pickup directions, dock number changes, route issues, customer contacts, safety issues – anything that driver’s need to know to perform safely and efficiently in the delivery of the customer’s freight”, says Mr. Dever. In addition to SMS capabilities, uFollowit™ users can see where the freight is in-route through their web console. By accessing the uFollowit™ secure site, freight carriers, consignees, shippers, and brokers can visually see the load status, without having to call the driver to ask “Where’s my freight?” “This further increases driver safety”, says Mr. Danny Dever, especially since many states no longer allow cell phone use while driving. The driver can focus on what he does best – driving safe.
